About Udder ideas fudge
Since 2006, Tammy has been making fresh cream and butter fudge in the beautiful countryside of Wurtsboro, New York. Through the years she has made over 40 different flavors ranging from chocolate fudge to her most unique, garlic fudge.
The operation is moving a bit down the road to Huguenot where Jillian Shearer will be taking over the fudge making business. Tammy has known Jillian since she was about the age of five. She's worked with Tammy on and off through the years both making and selling the fudge. In 2023 Jillian ran the business under Tammy's mentorship, did a great job, had fun, and decided she'd like to carry on the business as the new Fudge Lady.
Udder Ideas Fudge can be found at many festivals around the Hudson Valley, local stores, and farmers' markets.
